OUR FOUNDERS
Nilu and Dorsa first began their recruiting partnership at Bird when they were part of the founding recruitment team. Together, they helped the company grow from 100 to 800 employees in the span of their first year. This successful partnership was repeated at CloudKitchens, where the duo created a comprehensive global team comprising of sales, operations, real estate, legal, and construction personnel. Through this experience, they learned just how important it is for a company to get their recruitment process right in order to succeed. This knowledge led to their decision in 2022 to launch Ziba Talent – a service that provides assistance to founders in making the right recruitment choices and ensuring they hire the most suitable talent. Nilu and Dorsa have a passion for helping businesses establish their recruitment process, as well as aiding recruitment teams to optimize their processes.
